Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Basic cleaning and cooking supplies will be available, but please realise that we do not supply enough for long stays.

Occupancy at any time or for any reason is limited to agreed-upon amount on confirmation of booking.

Vehicles and boats must be parked in designated areas.

Locked cupboards are for personal items of owners.

Washing of boats and vehicles is prohibited during times with water restrictions - please confirm with us whether restrictions are being enforced.

Please only clean fish in the designated area and clean up the area after use.

No smoking allowed.

Refuse removal is on Monday and in season also on Friday. Bags must be securely closed and placed on pavement in front of house.

Quiet time is 22:00 and 06:00. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise levels down within this time frame.

Pets must be walked on leashes at all times and never left alone in the house.

Please remove dog poop around the house - it can be placed in refuse bags outside.

On departure, please make sure that the premises is generally tidy, with all dishes washed and refuge in the courtyard bin.

Please close all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Please advise us of departure time, even if we do not need to collect key, as we have to visit premises to close water, gas, etc.
