Ton & Trees is a charming self-catering house situated in Marloth Park, and is within walking distance of the Crocodile River, the Two Trees lookout point, and 18 km from the Crocodile Bridge entrance to the Kruger National Park.
This house can comfortably sleep 11 guests and comprises 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed, and can make use of the bathroom opposite in the hallway fitted with a shower. The third bedroom is located upstairs and is furnished with 4 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth room is a loft room furnished with 3 single beds and walks out to the deck.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It opens up to the dining table and further extends to the lounge furnished with comfy seating space.
The lounge extends to the patio furnished with outdoor seating space, a boma firepit, and braai facilities. There’s also a lovely plunge pool that guests can enjoy during the hot weather. Guests can expect to see a variety of wildlife on the property.
