House Rules

To confirm a booking and remain compliant, guests are required to complete a pre-check-in form, upload a copy of their ID and a selfie, and sign the terms and conditions. This information is stored in accordance with POPIA and used solely for reservation purposes. All requirements are conveniently provided via a link sent by email after the booking is confirmed. No downloads are necessary.

Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. The presence of unauthorised pets will result in a fine and immediate eviction without refund.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may smoke on the balconies only. Smoking in the passageway near the front door is not allowed under any circumstances, as it violates the building’s health and safety regulations and will result in a fine issued by the body corporate.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Third-party bookings are not permitted unless made by an authorised company booking on behalf of employees, in line with Airbnb’s terms and conditions.

Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. In the event of a noise complaint, a warning will be issued. A second complaint will result in immediate eviction without refund.

The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. In such cases, building security or the police will be contacted, and any guest found in possession will be removed from the property without refund.

The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. No additional overnight guests are permitted.

Guests are requested not to eat or drink in the bedrooms and not to rearrange the furniture.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
