Good experience. The stay was beautiful. Stunning views! Peaceful. Just a note: no hairdryers can be used and because there is just solar, the lighting is not very good for readers, even to play games. There are oil lamps, but unfortunately no oil in them and battery lamps are very dim. Also, rather take a power bank with you. And take enough wood for the hot tub. Most beautiful sunset and view. The house meets the basic needs. Nice and peaceful stay in a beautiful setting.

Beautiful view and location and great value for money. A beautiful secluded cottage 15 km outside Ladismith. The cottage is well decorated and has a well-stocked kitchen. It's perfect for 2 couples. Loved our stay here.

Nice place to spend a few days! Lovely cottage, lovely scenery. Two issues. In winter, the solar panels are unable to charge the battery fully, so the fridge stopped working soon after sunset. The washing-up area for dishes is not very user-friendly. Other than that, a lovely place to stay. Nice fireplace in the lounge. Great to braai indoors when the weather was cold and wet!

Beautiful place but just needs a little more attention to detail. The view is beautiful, the swimming pool adequate and so is the fire pit lovely to enjoy the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine. There were no matches although there are gas plates and this could be a problem for non-smokers. The bathroom hand soap container was empty with more water at the bottom. The pan in the kitchen still had the previous user's egg on it and the swallows by the front door were broken off, but all the dirt was lying on the bench.
