This beautiful self-catering apartment offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant under the age of 2 in a cot (available on request), making it an excellent choice for families or small groups. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom, as well as a cot for a tiny traveller upon request. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, ideal for adults or children needing their own space. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The open-plan lounge area features 2 single sleeper couches, best suited for children under the age of 13, and can easily be converted into a sleeping space at night. Guests can enjoy the balcony's peaceful atmosphere — the perfect spot to soak up the subtropical weather and create lasting holiday memories. Please note that complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the common areas for guests' convenience.

Please note that full payment will be taken within 48 hours after the booking has been made.

The credit card used to make the booking will need to be presented at check-in; otherwise, a security fee will be taken as a pre-authorisation upon arrival.

Please note that there will be refurbishments taking place in selected units from 13/10/2025 to 24/11/2025. Noise levels may fluctuate and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

Wi-Fi has limited connectivity.

Day visitors will be allowed, subject to 24 hours' prior notice directly to the resort. Kindly note that the number of guests will not be allowed to exceed the maximum guests per unit.

You and your guests must provide proof of identification, such as a valid ID, driver's license, or passport. Without proof of identification, the resort may deny you access.

You or your guests must produce a confirmation letter in hardcopy or digital form at the time of check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit of the same size to that indicated on the confirmation letter.

If, in the opinion of management, you and your party exceed the maximum designated capacity of your unit, you and your party may be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee may be charged to you.

Please respect all guests by not making noise. No loud music, especially after 22:00. If guests do not comply, they will be asked to leave the premises.

This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, has special check-in procedures, and requires additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking of greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.

Renting out a unit prior to getting approval from management is not allowed. You may not "split" the booking period amongst guests who are not indicated on the official confirmation letter. If management, at their discretion, finds that you've not abided by these requirements, you and/ or your party may not occupy the unit, or will be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee will be charged to you.

Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation, and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check-in, depending on the damages incurred during occupation.

Signing an indemnity form is standard practice. Only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to vacate the resort.

Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for certified support animals. Failing to adhere to this may lead to a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the resort.

Smoking in units, on patios, or in any of the other buildings on the resort premises is not allowed by law. Should Management, at its discretion, find that you and/ or your party have violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine.

No liability is accepted whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense suffered by you, your guests, or anyone else taking occupation with you, arising from any act of God, theft, strike, fire or the acts or omissions of any other person, including but not limited to the local or national government, limitations, restrictions and requirements for visas, permits, licenses and certificates on border controls and immigration (if applicable), military, police and security services intervention, international and local travel, movement of goods and persons, occupation of accommodation and the use and enjoyment of facilities, amenities and public and private venues, while under the jurisdiction of such local or national government.

The entire resort will be closed from 16/01/2026 to 04/12/2026 for exciting refurbishments. The resort looks forward to welcoming you back to the newly renovated units after this period.
