Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking and vaping indoors are not permitted.
If an item is broken or damaged and the repair or replacement cost exceeds the breakage deposit, an additional fee will be charged accordingly.
No parties are allowed.
No substance abuse of any kind is allowed.
No outside visitors are allowed.
Quiet hours are from 23h00 to 08h00 to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Festive Season & Public Holiday Bookings
All bookings during Christmas, New Year, Easter, and South African public holidays are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, changes, or no-shows. Guests should confirm their plans before booking.

Private Functions & Event Bookings
All bookings for private functions, special events, or exclusive venue hire are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, changes, or no-shows. Guests should finalise plans before booking.
