Verwelkom Skilliepark is a well-appointed self-catering apartment located in the secure Skilliepark complex in Dwarskersbos, Velddrif. This accommodation is the ideal spot for a family vacation along the West Coast as it's located 100m from the beach.

This apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and washbasin only. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and the second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The open-plan kitchen downstairs is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.

This area further extends into the open-plan living area that has a comfortable couch and chairs and a flat-screen TV. There’s an indoor braai area and a work desk. Guests have access to the shared swimming pool inside the complex. Secure parking is available on the premises.
