Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only.
Solar power provides backup electricity during load-shedding. The stove top operates on gas.
A maximum of 10 guests, including children, are permitted to stay.
Children of all ages are welcome. However, please note that due to the height and layout of the property, it may not be suitable for small children. There are no safety fences or gates at stairways, and no safety nets on the swimming pool or Kol Kol hot tub.
Please bring your own baby cot and high chair.
Linen, bath towels, and beach/swimming towels are provided. Kindly avoid using bath towels at the pool or beach.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please use the ashtrays provided and refrain from discarding cigarette butts on the patio, in the garden, or down toilets.
No parties, events, or loud music are permitted. Quiet hours apply after 22:00. Guests who fail to comply may be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
The property is located in a quiet, gated residential estate. Please be considerate of neighbours at all times and keep noise levels to a minimum.
A cleaning surcharge may apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition or if check-out occurs after the scheduled time.
The property uses a septic tank system — only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. Please use septic-safe cleaning materials.
Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged in advance at an additional cost (subject to availability).
This is a self-catering property. Please bring your own personal consumables.
Parking is available on-site. The garage is not available for guest use.
The surrounding area is home to wildlife such as birds and bushbuck — please enjoy and respect the natural environment.

Additional Information
Uncapped Wi-Fi and full-package DStv are included. The TV is a Smart TV.
The final rental amount must be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days before arrival, together with a R1500 management fee and a R6000 refundable breakage deposit.
– For international guests, the breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival.
– For South African residents, it must be prepaid via EFT.
A R250 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00, payable in cash on arrival.
