Victoria Bay Lookout Villa is a beautifully appointed self-catering home perched high up on the mountainside, offering total privacy and uninterrupted views over the bay and ocean. Located in a private estate near the end of the sought-after Victoria Bay Heights residential road in Victoria Bay, the villa is just a short drive from the beach. It is ideal for a family, honeymoon couple, surfers, a group of friends or golfers looking to relax in a tranquil setting with stunning views and easy access to the Garden Route’s natural beauty and attractions.
This property is split over 2 levels, can accommodate up to 10 guests, and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet. It includes a main house and a self-contained apartment, booked exclusively. On the top level are 3 en-suite bedrooms, each comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed. The main en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower and also features an outdoor shower and an indoor wood-burning fireplace. The remaining bathrooms are each fitted with a shower only. Downstairs, the self-contained apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The main house features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate scullery that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge and dining area has comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax and also boasts a fireplace. The apartment has a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, kettle and bar fridge, as well as a lounge and dining area overlooking the landscaped gardens and offering partial sea views. For entertainment, the main house and apartment each have a smart TV with a full bouquet of DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi.
The main house has sliding doors leading out onto a sea-facing balcony on one side and an undercover deck on the other, with a built-in braai, outdoor dining table, additional seating and sunloungers. Enjoy sundowners on the undercover deck with the built-in braai, splash around in the natural rock swimming pool or soak in the wood-fired hot tub under the African sky, surrounded by pristine nature and birdsong. There is a private footpath through the indigenous forest leading to 2 decks, one with a table and chairs, both offering sea views. The house is equipped with a full solar and inverter system for loadshedding, as well as an alarm with armed response. Secure parking is available.
World renowned as a surfing mecca, Victoria Bay is just a short drive down the road. Wilderness, with its well known restaurants, lagoon and endless beach, as well as Garden Route Mall, Eden Meander shopping centre, and top ranked golf courses such as Fancourt, Kingswood and Oubaai, are all within easy reach.
