Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted.
Small dogs under 10 kg are allowed with prior approval.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors.
Maximum of two visitors, with no overnight stays.
Maintain low noise levels, especially from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
One vehicle is allowed in the designated area; additional parking is available on the street. Garage access is restricted.
Any illegal activity, including drug use, is strictly prohibited.
Keep keys with the primary guest; do not duplicate or leave them unattended.
Keep food and drinks in the kitchen or dining areas; avoid eating in bedrooms.
Wash all used dishes and place them on the drying rack.
Notify the host promptly if anything needs attention.
Do not rearrange any furniture.
No candles or indoor smoking; turn off the stove when not in use.
TV is available, but guests may not make purchases, downloads, or subscriptions.
