Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.

Please report any breakages to the host by sending her photos, any breakages after checking out will be handled in accordance with the Booking platform policies and damages deposit.

You will be handed a remote and front door key upon arrival; kindly ensure you are clear on the use of the alarm. It is highly advisable to lock doors and activate the alarm once you are going out for the day.

Kindly wait for the garage door to fully close before you enter the house through the kitchen or drive off. When you activate the alarm, there will be a sound that indicates it is activated.

Kindly keep the front door and inside garage door locked at all times and before turning in for the night.

The mini fridge under the counter in the kitchen is stocked with a variety of drinks, feel free to enjoy and either leave cash to replace or kindly replace from any liquor store what you consumed.

South Africa is suffering from unpredictable power& water outages and shortages. We encourage our guests to conserve energy & water by switching off all lights & appliances when not required and reserve washing laundry to a full load if possible.

Kindly note the main geyser is on a timer switch which may be altered by Joey at your request.

There is a key box on the wall next to the backdoor, all keys are clearly marked and mainly serve as spares, kindly replace ALL KEYS after use.

All lost keys and remotes will be deducted from the damages deposit. Lost or unreturned remote controls are charged at R400 each.

There is a weekly garden service and on alternative Mondays a full-day gardener is in attendance, you need not be bothered by either.

Refuse collection is promptly on a Tuesday morning and as such we request guests to place all refuse/garbage waste on the front edge of the driveway on Monday evening for collection on Tuesday early morning.

Please beware of the noise pollution is restricted to 10 PM daily after which you are requested to kindly keep noise levels down.

There will be a scheduled cleaning service upon your checkout. Should you require additional cleaning at any point please reach out to your host, the cleaning service is charged per day and excludes the washing of linen. The linen will be changed on the cleaning days.

Please do not use the towels to wipe makeup or other stain-related products.
