Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A copy of each guest’s ID or passport is required.
For guests under 18, full names and birth dates must be provided.

All required documents must be submitted at least 72 hours before check-in. Late submissions may result in denied access with no refund.

This property is a family home – no parties, events, or loud gatherings are permitted.
Only family groups will be accepted.

Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom.
Infants under 2 may sleep with their parents or in a cot. One cot is available on request.

No unregistered visitors are permitted at any time, whether during the day or overnight.

Exceeding the agreed guest count will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Guests must leave the property clean and tidy.
All windows and doors must be closed and secured upon departure.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or unsecured.
The property is serviced daily, except Sundays and public holidays. This includes basic cleaning only (dishes, making beds, general tidying). Any additional requests will be charged separately. Linens are changed once weekly.

The property is self-catering, and only an initial supply of toilet paper, refuse bags, lotion and soaps will be provided.
Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay.

Only licensed drivers (18+) may drive within property grounds. A maximum of four vehicles is permitted on site.

No open fires are permitted. Please use the designated fire pit or braais.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if cigarette burns are found on furniture or butts are found on the grounds/gardens.
No burning of candles or incense is allowed.
A deep cleaning fee will be charged if indoor smoking occurs.

Noise levels must be kept low at all times.
Complaints from neighbours may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Service animals are welcome. If approved, guests are responsible for keeping animals out of the shared driveway and safe during their stay. No animals are allowed on the furniture. Please clean up after your pets (indoor and outdoor). Additional cleaning fees will be charged if pet hair or stains are found on furniture and linen.

Please note that a permanent tenant who will only share the driveway is on-site in a separate outbuilding.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
