Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R7000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Receptions or parties are strictly prohibited.

Guests of guests are limited to 6 people. They are not allowed to stay overnight and must leave the property by midnight.

Quiet time is between 23:00 and 10:00.

For all additional guests beyond the standard occupancy:
Adults are charged extra to sleep on a sofa bed or extra mattress.
A maximum of 2 children up to 2 years old sleeping in a baby cot provided free of charge

The property has a robust power backup system. During load-shedding, the power supply automatically switches to powerful batteries, allowing guests to use all amenities uninterrupted.

The permanent heated swimming pool is available from 1 September until 30 April.

Wine-tasting tours to the Winelands can be arranged and are guided by a wine expert.

Organised tours to Cape Point, the West Coast, and other regions are available.

Restaurant recommendations and bookings can be provided.

Wine and dine evenings can be hosted at the swimming pool area.

Wine delivery to the premises is available.

Transport to and from Cape Town International Airport can be arranged.

A masseur is available by appointment and will provide treatments at the accommodation.
