Vincentia Odd Cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a cottage, situated on a residential property where the owners reside. The cottage is not attached to the main residence but you will have a short walk along the front pathway to the back of the premises where the entrance to the cottage. The cottage is located in the suburb of Vincent in East London.
The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to a family of 4 guests and has an open-plan layout with no interleading doors. The cottage is furnished with a queen-size bed and a tri-bunk bed, with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top), so 5 guests can be accommodated with prior arrangements. There is a shower and a separate toilet. The cottage comprises a semi-furnished kitchen with a microwave, 2-plate gas hob, kettle, fridge, and the lounge area is fitted with a TV with all premium DStv channels.
Guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs, as well as secure undercover on-site parking in the driveway for 1 vehicle. From the parking space guests will walk along a pathway through the front garden to the cottage.
The owners have friendly dogs on the premises that will bark when guests arrive and leave. The bedroom window of the cottage overlooks the splash pool and sundeck on the property where the dogs sleep and play.
