Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival. Guests ID or passport is required at check-in.

Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy, which allows for a reasonable daily consumption in order to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests. In cases of unusually high electricity usage, reimbursement may be requested.

This property has a refundable breakage deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.

A Departure Cleaning Fee is charged per booking.

Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid stay clean with fresh linen, this will be an additional charge.

Parties and events are not permitted.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
