Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

A maximum of 8 guests may sleep in the house, this includes children over 2 years old.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed (Estate rules).
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, except on the veranda.
No functions, parties or loud music are allowed.
No outside visitors who have not been arranged in advance are allowed.
Mattresses may not be moved or placed on the floor.
No drones may be flown (Estate rules).
Trout fishing permits are controlled by the estate and are available for a daily fee per person. Guests can contact the owner for more details.
River fishing is not allowed (Estate rules).
There is a private weather station with a weather camera behind the garage that overlooks the estate. The weather camera cannot see the house or veranda.
A mobile baby camping cot can be provided.
