Beautiful and warm. Everything was perfect except for our host communication. We requested beds to be combined and our host accepted the request, but when we got there, that was not done. You ask the host about simple questions, like where can we find activities, and she will refer you to Google. Frustrating.

One of the poorer experiences in Highland Gate. Nice place but poorly managed/hosted. There is lots of ambiguity around "additional services" that staff try to offer, causing confusion and frustration regarding what needs to be paid, when, and to whom. Please also verify with the host, as this house isn't a true 6-bedroom place. To get to 2 bedrooms, one walks through an open area with 2 beds. It seems like a 5-bedroom house, with a second lounge area with 2 beds.
