A little place in the woods that far exceeds expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, neat and very well equipped, with only silence and the bush as company. The bathroom is very convenient if you are a group of people, because the 2 showers and 2 toilets each have their own door. The braai area is a lovely large boma with plenty of seating and space to make a large bonfire. The house has a fenced backyard where dogs can roam at night with peace of mind, and they enjoyed the walking trails just as much as we did. The farm borders Marakele National Park, with a lovely viewpoint on a hill overlooking the park. You can walk there by road, or take a nice walking trail along the contours of the mountain. Weekend escape to the bush. It was a great weekend away from the city. Our dogs had the best time. The house had everything you would need and was very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and peaceful getaway, a real "hideaway" in the bushes. We were 4 adults and 4 dogs. Had a wonderful stay. It is truly an experience, the hiking trails are beautifully green with all the rain. The house is fully equipped and you have everything you need for a bush holiday, no TV or cellphone reception, just the beautiful bush silence and birdsong. We had a great time in the boma and tasted braai meat but only better in the bushes. The farm dogs are very social and showed us the hiking trails. The horses were also a new experience. Thank you very much for your hospitality and delicious treats. We will definitely come and visit again.
