Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, this property cannot accommodate guests who arrive under the influence. Please note that deposits and payments in such cases are non-refundable.
A late arrival fee applies for check-ins after 22:00. All outstanding payments must be settled before arrival, without exception. A late departure fee will be charged if the house is not vacated by 11:00.
Should guests require the services of housekeepers during their stay, a fee per housekeeper per day must be paid in cash directly to the housekeepers in advance.
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house. This property is strictly unsuitable for bachelor, bachelorette, or other loud parties. Additional guests or visitors are only permitted with prior arrangement.
As the property is located in a residential area, relevant municipal bylaws regarding noise and nuisance apply. Music is allowed between 14:00 and 22:00 and must not be excessive or offensive to neighbours.
Any breach of these rules or municipal bylaws regarding noise will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
