Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Please remain within the fenced area and keep noise levels low, as our family's stoep is nearby.
The pool and trampoline are not available for communal use.
If you expect a visitor, kindly notify us via the app before their arrival. Overnight stays will incur additional fees.
Laundry and ironing services are available at R70 per load. Please place laundry in the provided basket and pay the lady who collects it directly.
For longer stays, the space will be cleaned every Wednesday. If you do not wish to have cleaning, please inform us in writing via the app.
Cleaning will take place at 10:00 on Wednesdays unless an alternative time is requested (between 08:00 and 17:00).
Please use the black outdoor bin for recyclables (paper, plastic, glass, and metal). Kindly rinse containers before recycling.
Use the black indoor bin, located in the kitchen, for general waste. Waste is collected every Friday, so please place the bin outside on Thursday evening.
