The Zimbali Welcome Centre requires copies of all guests' IDs, as biometric fingerprinting is conducted for added security and vehicle registration. Zimbali enforces a strict noise and disturbance policy, and fines may be issued for any transgressions, with the possibility of blacklisting.

Zimbali maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise disturbances after 21:30 PM. No parties are permitted at this property.
