Disappointing. It's a problem to get into the entrance gate. There is no view from the apartment. The photos on the website are misleading. The swimming pools look like they are close by, but they are 5 km from the apartment.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused at the entrance gate; however, we were able to attend to the issue and it was resolved in less than 5 minutes. The apartment has a forest view. We are sorry to hear that you feel the photos on the website are misleading. I am not sure exactly which part misled you because all the pictures on the website are a true reflection of the property. The property's swimming pool is located on the ground floor, so from the 3rd floor, you take an elevator to the ground floor and you see signs showing where the pool is. Access to the beach and the world-class swimming pools are also within the Zimbali Estate, approximately 300 metres away from the apartment. You can walk there or take a shuttle, which is free of charge.
