Teleurstellend. Dis 'n probleem om by die toegangshek in te gaan. Daar is geen uitsig uit die woonstel nie. Die foto's op die webwerf is misleidend. Dit lyk of die swembaddens naby is, maar dis 5 km van die woonstel af.

Dear Marianne Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologise for the inconvenience caused at the entrance gate; however, we were able to attend to the issue and it was resolved in less than 5 minutes. The apartment has a forest view. We are sorry to hear that you feel the photos on the website are misleading. I am not sure exactly which part misled you because all the pictures on the website are a true reflection of the property. The property's swimming pool is located on the ground floor, so from the 3rd floor, you take an elevator to the ground floor and you see signs showing where the pool is. Access to the beach and the world-class swimming pools are also within the Zimbali Estate, approximately 300 metres away from the apartment. You can walk there or take a shuttle, which is free of charge. We would like to assure you that we strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our property to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
