Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The lodge is easily accessible and can be reached with any vehicle; no 4x4 required.
Only the number of guests corresponding to the available beds in each unit is permitted. Additional guests are not allowed, and penalties will apply for non-compliance.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or date change within 120 days of the reserved arrival date.
If a refund is approved, it will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
The following reasons for cancellations or date changes will not be considered “unforeseen”: passport or visa issues, missing unabridged birth certificates for minors, weather conditions, political events, or school, university, or sporting commitments.
Please confirm school holiday dates before finalising your booking.
A cash refundable breakage and key deposit of MZN 2 000 / ZAR 500 is payable on arrival and will be refunded after check-out inspection.

Day visitors are not permitted in the accommodation units and are only allowed in the restaurant area.

No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed on the premises.

Smoking is prohibited inside the units and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Wood fires are not allowed; please use charcoal only for braai or barbecue purposes.
