"A magical place. The only restaurant in Nature's Valley really needs a Gordon Ramsay makeover. The owner and his staff are tired and need to be enlightened on the transformation that has happened in the world with cuisine and not be afraid of making that change. Fresh vegetables that are not boiled until they are dead, micro greens, vegan options and the huge marketing opportunity they have with the Otter Trail walkers. The Natures Valley community seem to be doing an excellent job at keeping it an unspoiled place with character (if they can prevent the gloomy modern prison grey houses from taking over)."
