Description
10 on Malgas is a spacious self-catering house for up to 8 guests in Yzerfontein, and is situated just 700 m from the beach.
Ideal for a big family or 2 smaller families, the house can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, and a large stoep. One of the rooms is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The second and third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The 2 rooms share the use of a bathroom with a bath, a shower, and a toilet. A bed base for 2 mattresses for children is available in the living room. For convenience, linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available for guests to use. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or relax in the lounge, which is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and Netflix. Uncapped Wi-Fi is also available. This unit has solar power and is therefore not affected by loadshedding.
The living room opens onto a large balcony with an outdoor dining area and a lovely view of the ocean. Secure parking for 2 vehicles is available under the shade and behind a lockable gate. A cleaning service is available on request, at an additional cost.
Yzerfontein offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, as well as activities such as fishing, surfing, skiing, sailing, sandboarding, and walking trails. Guests can visit the Dassen Island Lighthouse, the! Khwa Ttu San Heritage Centre, and the nature reserves in the area, which come to life during spring with blooming wildflowers.
