House Rules

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the house and must step outside if they wish to smoke.

Noise should be kept to a minimum during quiet hours, from 22:00 to 08:00, to respect neighbouring properties.

Loud music is not allowed after 22:00. Guests may use headphones if listening late at night.

Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. External visitors are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to use the space respectfully.

Guests should treat the home as if it were their own and report any damages or issues promptly.
