House Rules

Guests are kindly requested to avoid making loud noise between 22:00-08:00.
The complex is not a pet-friendly complex therefore no pets/animals are allowed on the property.
No eating permitted in the bedrooms.
Guests should be respectful of the furniture and keep a clean environment.
All breakages to be reported or, where possible, be replaced for the breakage deposit to be reimbursed.
Children of minor age must be accompanied by an adult or guardian when using the swimming pool.
Users of the pool must comply with the swimming pool rules as stipulated on the notice board visible at the wall of the pool.
The complex is not a wheel-friendly complex, and no provisions are made for this service.
No more than 1 vehicle per Unit is allowed within the common property.
