House Rules

The maximum occupancy is 4 persons in the unit and must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.

Under no circumstances do we allow students or bookings where all persons included are under the age of 21. This is a rule of The Body Corporate. Failure to adhere to this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted in the garden.
