Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in accordance with the complex rules.
A breakage deposit is payable at least 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded in part or in full, depending on damages or loss, within 7 days after departure.
The breakage deposit and the administration fee must be paid directly to the owner. The banking details will be provided after confirmation of the booking.
