House Rules

There will be a fee of R200 per person for each guest that is not part of the original booking, which includes infants and children. This amount will be recovered from the breakage deposit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Any day visitors are not allowed without prior arrangement with the hosts.
Loud music is strictly not allowed, guests are expected to respect their neighbours.
Guests need to be quiet after 22:00.
Please rinse off all sand after returning from the beach at the outdoor shower on the beach before entering the unit or using the pool.
Guests are required to bring their own towels.
No foreign objects are allowed to be flushed down the toilets.
Pets are not allowed in the complex or apartment.
The unit is not cleaned daily, but a cleaning service can be arranged upon request at an extra cost.
Secure covered parking is available for 1 vehicle and additional parking is available on request at an additional cost.
Please note that there are stairs leading from the parking area to the unit.
Please note that this is a family-friendly complex and that there are always children playing in the area.
There is a laundry that works with a chip.
