Kindly be advised that the pool deck will undergo renovations starting June 2025. During this period, guests may experience intermittent construction noise and limited access to the pool area. The renovation is expected to last approximately six weeks.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
