Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A R1,500 fine applies for violations.

No parties or gatherings are allowed.

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 7:00.

Only booked guests may sleep over; no third-party bookings.

Visitors are limited to 2 at a time, with no overnight stays. Additional unregistered guests will incur a R500/night charge.

The primary guest must have a verified Airbnb profile.

No firearms, weapons, illegal substances, or illegal activities allowed.

Fines from the Body Corporate will be passed on, plus a R1,000 handling fee.

The unit is not serviced for short stays. Laundry is self-service using the in-unit machine.

Netflix is provided. Do not log out or use other accounts.

Standard check-in: 15:00 (16:00 for same-day bookings).

Standard check-out: 10:00.

Early check-ins and late check-outs must be requested 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Early check-ins before 10:00 and late check-outs after 14:00 are charged for.

Unauthorised late check-outs incur a R500 fee (1 hour), or a full night's charge (2+ hours). Additional costs may apply if the following booking is affected.

Exit by car after 22:00 requires a one-time access code from the host (request by 20:00).

No vehicle exit is possible between midnight and 06:00.

Pedestrian gate remains accessible 24/7. Ubers are readily available.
