House Rules

Cleanliness: Please treat the property with care and leave it in a tidy condition. Wash any used dishes, dispose of rubbish, and keep the space neat.
The cleaning fee charged (if any) will be used for cleaning the house after the guest’s departure.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors. If you smoke, please do so outside and use the designated bin for disposal.
Noise: Be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 21:00 and 06:00. No loud music or disruptive behaviour during these hours.
Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved additional guests allowed.
Pets: Pets are only permitted with prior approval and must follow house guidelines.
Security: Lock all windows and doors when leaving or turning in for the night.
Damages: Please report any damage or breakage so we can arrange for repair or replacement.
