Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking is allowed in the house.
No pets are allowed.
No large gatherings or unauthorized parties are permitted in the house. Guests who wish to visit for the day must request permission.
If there are more than 6 guests in the house, please note that there will be an extra charge, or the guests may be asked to leave the premises.
Guests should respect the rights of other residents by not causing or allowing excessive noise.
Vaping or any type of smoking not allowed indoors.
