Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

There is a standard cleaning fee per stay, which covers exit cleaning and the washing of linen. Any additional cleaning required, or any damage, breakage, or staining of bedding or towels, will be deducted from the damage deposit. Guests are expected to leave the unit in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was found at check-in.

Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance of all house and pet rules.

Pets are not permitted on the property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Parties are not allowed, and loud music is not permitted at any time.

Each unit allows a maximum of 6 guests, including both adults and children. Only the number of guests who have been booked and paid for may occupy the unit. Any additional guests will be charged the applicable rate per person per night.

Late check-outs will result in an additional fee.

Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
