Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
Child Policy:
- Children aged between 0 and 3 pay 0% of the sharing rate.
- Children aged between 4 and 12 pay 50% of the sharing rate.
- 50% deposit required to confirm the booking.
- The balance needs to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
- The refundable security deposit per villa can be paid on arrival via card or cash.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside.
- Cleaning services can be arranged at an additional R300 per day which is paid directly to the domestic worker via cash.
- A minimum of 4 guests will be accommodated in Tranquility Villa over Easter and December in Peak Season.
- A minimum of 4 guests will be accommodated in Peace Villa over Easter and December Peak Season.
