Upmarket and clean. Great spot for a couple of families. Clean and tidy and upmarket accommodation. The only issue we had was that the battery on the Land Rover was dead, but the owner arranged to jump-start this.

We had a great stay at 3 on Cliff. This is a beautiful house that is well equipped. The view is incredible and there are enough rooms to comfortably accommodate a group of 10. However, they expect an awful lot of paperwork before your arrival; we had to submit 14 documents for our group's booking. There was also a registration fee of R650 added which we did not expect.
