Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

There is a compulsory staff tip of R90.00 per day for each of the 2 staff members. This includes the day of arrival and the day of departure. Please ensure that the staff are paid in cash before your departure. Their working hours are from 08:00 to 15:00.

The refundable breakage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after your departure date, provided everything is in order.

Late check-out is available on request only, subject to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, an extra charge of R1500.00 will be deducted from your refundable breakage deposit, and check-out must be no later than 15:00.

Pets are not allowed.

Loud music, parties, and functions are not permitted. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. The estate enforces a noise curfew between 22:00 and 06:00. Guests who do not adhere to these rules may forfeit the full breakage deposit. Failure to comply will result in a warning; if the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.

Please note that guests under the age of 25 are not permitted without parental or adult supervision.
