Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Strictly no form of parties, loud music or unruly behaviour allowed.
No loud noise after 22:00.
No visitors or sleepovers other than those stated in the booking are allowed
No pets.
No smoking inside. You are welcome to smoke outside. The refundable breakage deposit must be paid to the Host before arrival. It is refundable within 5 days of departure. Details will be given.
Not complying with the house rules may cause an immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
No bookings for Maric Rage will be accepted.
