Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R600 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

There is a breakage deposit to be paid on check-in. A refund will be made after the guest exits the unit and an inspection has been done.

Please note we do not have a credit card machine on the premises, please pay cash.

Regrettably, no pets are allowed.
No more than the confirmed number of guests will be accommodated.

Please do not smoke inside units. There are designated areas with ashtrays at your disposal.

A certain penalty amount is to be paid or deducted from the breakage deposit.
