House Rules

A refundable key deposit is due on your first day.
No Smoking Indoors. No Events and No Parties.
A heater can be provided upon request; please note that a daily charge will apply to cover energy costs.
The queen bed includes an electric blanket at no extra cost; just follow the safety instructions provided.
The sleeper couch is suitable for one child under the age of 10 or two children under the age of 6 or a "small sized" adult. Proof of age may be required.
Visitors are welcome; however, they must depart by midnight. Failure to do so may result in a fee being charged (1500pp), or all occupants, including the booking party, may be required to vacate the premises.
Switch off lights, the TV, and close taps when not in use or when heading out.
Please review and sign the inventory checklist and house rules at check-in. This is mandatory.
We kindly inform guests that this property does not have backup power in the event of load shedding or other electricity outages beyond our control. While we always aim to provide a comfortable stay, South Africa occasionally experiences scheduled or unscheduled interruptions to the power supply. The property, however, does have emergency light bulbs fitted in the event of any outage.
We encourage guests to plan accordingly, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Please note that although we do not request a breakage deposit the booking guest remains responsible for all items and the condition of the property. No noise between 8am and 10pm. Neighbours must be respected at all times.
