A cleaning service is available every day except for Sundays and public holidays. The bath towels are changed every 3 days.
Bath towels are provided and changed every 4 days. Beach towels are not provided.
Loud noise is not acceptable.
Quiet hours must be maintained between 22h00 and 7h00 every day.
No smoking is allowed on the premises.
Please do not leave the air conditioners running with doors and windows open.
Please make sure they are turned off when you leave.
Toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk are provided on arrival. thereafter, you will need to purchase your supplies. please supply your washing powder.
Please be aware that there are troops of monkeys that come past, so make sure all windows and doors are closed if you are not home.
We have the right to send one of our maintenance team to fix or carry out work on the property. if this happens, please allow them to come in and do their job, as this will only make your stay more comfortable.
This is a family-friendly facility. we want all our families and guests to have a holiday to remember, but there are body corporate rules that we need you to know.
We reserve the right to fine or remove anyone without refund if these policies are not adhered to.
Please note that visitors are not allowed.
A fine, along with additional costs, may be applicable for certain rules.
