NO or vaping are allowed in the units. Should we find an odour of smoke inside the apartment, or any ash or cigarette butts, our guest services team will report this and it could result in an additional cleaning charge of up to R2,000.

Please do not hang any washing on the front patio.

3. Please note that the complex is a quiet zone. Please do not play music on the patios or make any disturbance as sound travels. This includes the stairways and walkways. 10 pm and 6 am is are quiet time and . The estate management may levy a fine for noise disturbance of R1000, which we will be obliged to collect via your booking channel or in cash.

Your reservation is accepted and confirmed with the understanding that a minimum of 2 x guests will stay in one bedroom rather than occupy separate bedrooms unless specifically requested and agreed to before your booking is confirmed. For example, 4 persons will use 2 bedrooms, and 5 or 6 guests will use 3 bedrooms only. Should additional bedrooms and/or linen and towels be used, this will incur additional laundry/cleaning costs and you agree that on receipt of a payment request from your host via the channel you booked, you will pay this on request, or if applicable, agree that this is deducted from your damage deposit on check-out.
