House Rules

6 Key Largo can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults and 2 children; more than 3 adults cannot be accommodated.

Netflix and DStv Steam are provided but guests must please use their username and password.

The unit is let as a whole and rooms cannot be booked separately.

Early or late check-ins and early or late check-outs can be arranged with the administrator beforehand, but is subject to availability.

Please note that the rules of the body corporate must be adhered to at all times and that no more than 5 guests, including adults, children and babies, and visitors be permitted to stay in the unit. If any of the rules are broken, guests may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.

A light cleaning service is available at R280 per day during your stay (laundry excluded). This must be arranged in advance and is payable together with the breakage deposit.

The refundable key and breakage deposit is R1000 and is payable directly to the agent at check-in via an electronic fund transfer (EFT). The breakage deposit is refunded via electronic fund transfer within 3 days of checking out provided everything is in order.

Late check-in and early departure can be arranged in advance. The normal check-in hours are from 14:00 to 17:00 and check-out is from 07:00 to 09:00.

Guests should please take other guests and residents in the complex into consideration as well.

Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
