Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Only 2 adults and 4 children are permitted to book.
Quiet hours must be observed after 22:00.
Loud music is not allowed.
Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
Parties and celebrations are not permitted.
Guests must respect neighbours’ privacy and avoid behaviour that may cause disturbance within the complex.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property; visitors are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
A breakage deposit applies and is refundable, provided no damages or losses occur.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. and will result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit.

Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these house rules.
