We do not allow any parties or noise. Please respect the tenants in the complex.

Please wear appropriate swimsuits when using the pool, gardens, and beach. No clothing that is transparent will be allowed in these mentioned areas.

We supply bath towels and linen for your convenience. Please handle them with care. No towels are permitted to be used at pool area or beach. Please provide your own beach towels.

Please place your tied black bags inside the green bins provided when it is full or the morning when you check out.

Always ensure that the unit is locked, and electrics are switched off when you leave the unit.

There is no cleaning service included in the unit rate, but you are welcome to book a breakfast clean at a additional cost and pay the cleaning service directly. A minimum of 24 hours is needed to book this service.
