Comfortable vintage cottage for stopover stay. We had a 1-night stay. It was our first time using a B&B, and this was a delightful experience. We stayed in the Lavender option. 2 beautiful bedrooms with crisp white sheets. Lovely touch of a small piece of fresh lavender on the beds. The kitchen had everything you need. Little coffee/tea station with milk in the fridge. Oh yes, and electric blankets on the beds with space heaters in the room. The afternoon sun was streaming onto the stoep and we spent a lovely hour or so sitting there. The hosts are fabulous, friendly and very helpful. It was the little touches that made it special.

Par excellence! The host gave us a royal friendly welcome to their delightful Spekboom Cottage. Every aspect of our stay, albeit only 1 night, was delightful. The weather was gloomy and cold; the cottage was warmed with a heater and even had an added Sherry to warm us up! The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped in a lovely quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
