House Rules

Please note that the Zimbali Resort Welcome Centre requires a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all guest IDs, which is necessary to grant access to the resort.

Bookings made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be confirmed, as guests will not be able to access the Zimbali Estate. Zimbali requires a copy of an ID, passport, or driver’s license for every guest.

This is a noise-sensitive area and is not suitable for parties; violations may result in complaints and fines.

A golf cart is available on request at an additional cost per day, subject to availability, and must be arranged directly with the host.

The main bathroom has a jet bath, but the jets are currently out of service. The Jacuzzi is currently not available.

No smoking is allowed indoors.

Pets are not allowed.
