House Rules

Smoking is allowed outside on the balconies only.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Do not feed the monkeys.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Please note that if security or the body corporate needs to contact me repeatedly about noise levels or complaints, a fine of up to R2500 may be imposed by the body corporate. This policy is communicated in messages, outlined in the house rules, and posted on the fridge. We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors, as this is a residential area.
A maximum of 4 guests is permitted, including up to 2 children.
Late check-outs are unfortunately not permitted due to cleaning schedules.
